Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy marked Raksha Bandhan at his Jubilee Hills residence, where several women leaders, including ministers and commission representatives, tied rakhis to him. Minister Konda Surekha and former minister Dr. J. Geetha Reddy also greeted the Chief Minister with the festival gesture.
Women leaders, commissions join CM Revanth for Rakhi celebrations
A delegation from the Brahma Kumaris, along with the chairs of the Women’s Commission, Vaishya Corporation, and members of the BC, Education, Child Welfare and Development, and Farmers’ Commissions, also tied rakhis to the Chief Minister. Other women leaders joined the celebrations, extending greetings.
CM Revanth Reddy conveyed his wishes to women across Telangana, calling Raksha Bandhan a symbol of the deep bond between brothers and sisters. He expressed hope that every woman would celebrate the occasion with joy and happiness.
