Unidentified man dies in suspected Boduppal train accident

Hyderabad: An unidentified man was found dead on railway tracks between Boduppal and Bharatnagar on Wednesday, with police suspecting that a train had hit him. Officials of the Hyderabad Division received information about the body and alerted police. Officers subsequently reached the location and examined the scene.

Police estimated the deceased man’s age at between 30 and 36 years. Preliminary findings indicated that the Boduppal train accident could have occurred while the man was crossing or walking along the railway tracks.

Police suspected that an unidentified train struck him, causing severe injuries that resulted in his death. However, the exact circumstances surrounding the incident were yet to be established.

Police seek identity clues in Boduppal train accident

Police released details of the deceased man’s clothing and a tattoo to help establish his identity. The man was wearing a blue T-shirt with white stripes and blue six-pocket jeans. He also had a tattoo on the right side of his chest.

The tattoo contained the word “Rani” written in English, according to police. Authorities asked anyone with information about the deceased or the Boduppal train accident to contact police.

Police provided 87126158586 and 8712513719 as contact numbers for sharing information that could help identify the man. Further identification efforts were taken up after officers inspected the railway tracks between Boduppal and Bharatnagar.
