Addressing the media, Ramchander Rao said the entrance of Parliament is governed by strict rules. According to him, protests on the steps of Parliament violated established parliamentary practices.

BJP says Rahul Gandhi Parliament protest disrespects Parliament
Rao criticised Congress leaders for staging demonstrations outside the building instead of raising issues inside the House.
He said Parliament provided a proper forum for debate and discussion. However, he alleged that the opposition had chosen protests over parliamentary debate.
The BJP leader also accused the Congress of spreading misinformation regarding LPG shortages.
According to him, Union ministers had already provided explanations on the issue. Despite this, he claimed the Congress continued to create confusion through the Parliament protest.
BJP leaders said their demonstration was intended to highlight what they described as the Congress party’s disregard for parliamentary traditions and democratic institutions.
