HYDERABAD: Congress MLC Addanki Dayakar has issued a stern warning to political leaders Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, accusing them of aligning with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and cautioning about the potential downfall of their respective parties.
In a recently released video statement, Dayakar expressed concerns over the proposed delimitation process, suggesting that it could adversely affect the southern states. He criticized the BJP for allegedly ignoring the interests of these regions, stating that if social, economic, and political benefits are undermined, a rebellion against BJP leaders is inevitable. He emphasized that the people of the southern states are prepared to reject the BJP if their rights are compromised.
Dayakar specifically targeted the leaders of Andhra Pradesh, accusing them of supporting the BJP’s rise to power. He claimed that Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu, Jana Sena Party (JSP) leader and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) head and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy are acting in favor of the BJP. He warned that if their actions result in harm to Andhra Pradesh, their parties could face extinction.
Furthermore, Dayakar criticized these leaders for their passive stance on critical issues such as the national census, the Women’s Reservation Bill, and delimitation. He mocked their indifference, suggesting that if they continue to remain “cool,” the public might “freeze” them out politically. He called upon the people to reject the conspiracies of BJP allies and assured that the Congress party, along with other regional parties, is ready to fight to protect the rights of the southern states.
