Telangana Talli statue unveiled at Assembly

Hyderabad: Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla unveiled the Telangana Talli statue at the State Legislative Assembly in the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and other senior leaders.

The statue was installed as a symbol of state pride and identity. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, cabinet ministers, MLAs and senior officials attended the ceremony.

Before the unveiling, leaders paid tributes at the statues of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr B.R. Ambedkar in the Assembly premises. The Governor, Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister offered floral respects and recalled their contributions.

Telangana Talli Statue reflects Telangana pride and identity

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said the statue represented the spirit of the state. He said it reflected the struggle, culture and self-respect of the people.

He said the structure symbolised Telangana’s identity and aspirations. According to him, the design captured the historical journey of the state.

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and other dignitaries remained present during the event, which concluded with formal proceedings at the Assembly.
