Telangana lawmakers pledge support to accelerate India’s solar mission

Hyderabad: Telangana legislators from across party lines came together on Tuesday in support of advancing India’s solar energy transition. The closed-door session titled “The Role of Policymakers in India’s Solarization Journey” was held at Courtyard by Marriott and organised by Swaniti Initiative.

The session featured participation from Members of Parliament, MLAs, and MLCs who deliberated on how policymakers can play a more effective role in removing roadblocks to solar adoption at the state and local levels.
