Special trains announced between Cherlapalli and Kakinada for Rakhi

Hyderabad: South Central Railway announced special trains between Cherlapalli and Kakinada Town for the Rakhi Pournami festival. The trains will operate to meet increased passenger demand during the festival.

Train No. 07039 will depart from Cherlapalli at 7:50 pm on August 27. It will reach Kakinada Town at 9:30 am the following day.

The return service, Train No. 07040, will leave Kakinada Town at 6:50 pm on August 28. It will arrive at Cherlapalli at 7:30 am the next day.

Cherlapalli Kakinada special trains to stop at key stations

The special trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur and Vijayawada. They will also halt at Gudivada, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku, Rajahmundry and Samarlakota.

Passengers will have access to different classes on the special services. The trains will include First AC, Sleeper, General and Second Class coaches, according to South Central Railway.

The special services are intended to provide additional travel options during the Rakhi Pournami festival. Passengers travelling between Hyderabad and coastal Andhra can use the additional services.
