Hyderabad: Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka on Saturday said the State Government will resolve the issues of panchayat secretaries through a fair and time-bound process.
She met the Telangana Panchayat Secretaries Federation and several secretaries at Praja Bhavan. Seethakka assured that the government will soon hold a special session to discuss their demands. She said every issue will be reviewed carefully before making decisions.
The Minister welcomed the federation’s appeal and promised to address their demands in stages. She directed the Director of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development to study department-level issues and prepare an action plan.

Seethakka asked officials to draft files for matters that can be resolved internally without higher-level approvals. She urged them to start the process immediately to avoid delays and improve efficiency in rural administration.
Reaffirming her commitment, Seethakka said panchayat staff play a vital role in ensuring effective service delivery and smooth implementation of welfare schemes in villages.
