Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will visit Osmania University today to outline his upgrade plan and engage with students at the Sarvam Siddham event near the Arts College building. He will address the gathering at 11 a.m. The Chief Minister earlier earmarked ₹1,000 crore for new facilities and infrastructure improvements across the university. Officials drafted a detailed project report after collecting suggestions from students and teachers.
Revanth Reddy will walk through academic blocks, hostels and student service areas during the tour. He aims to evaluate pending requirements and approve the next stage of work. He stated earlier that the government is ready to spend whatever is needed to strengthen the university. Because of this commitment, many on campus view today’s programme as an important milestone.
Osmania University visit expected to shape upgrade decisions
Officials said the Chief Minister will interact with representatives from several departments and seek direct feedback on priority issues. Students and teachers welcomed the visit, saying it offers a rare chance to push long-pending demands. They believe the decisions taken today will influence academic expansion and campus construction over the next phase.
