Hyderabad: A railway track death in Chityal town centre was reported on Wednesday night after a 32-year-old man allegedly came under a train, police said.
According to railway police, the deceased was identified as Munugodu Venkanna, a resident of Chityal town centre. He had reportedly been suffering from mental instability for the past few months and had been wandering without work.
Police said that on Wednesday night he went onto the railway track. Subsequently, he allegedly fell under a moving train and died on the spot. Officials stated that they received information about the incident soon after it occurred.
The railway track death in Chityal town centre left behind a young family. The deceased is survived by his three-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son.

Meanwhile, based on a complaint lodged by the deceased’s wife, the Nalgonda railway police registered a case. Sub-Inspector Ramakrishna said that an investigation was underway into the railway track in Chityal town centre.
