Rahul Gandhi attends PAC meeting in Vikarabad

Hyderabad: Rahul Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, attended the Congress Political Affairs Committee (PAC) meeting at Ananthagiri in Vikarabad district on Monday.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu and TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud participated in the meeting. Leaders discussed recent political developments in the State and reviewed the party’s organisational position.

Rahul Gandhi reviews party affairs at Ananthagiri

Rahul Gandhi, who arrived as the chief guest for the concluding session of DCC presidents’ training for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, held a separate interaction with members of the TPCC Political Affairs Committee. He discussed the prevailing political situation and party strategy.

After the PAC meeting, he will attend the DCC presidents’ training programme and guide leaders on strengthening the party organisation.

Meanwhile, several ministers reached Ananthagiri to take part in the programme. However, TPCC chief Mahesh Goud reportedly directed that ministers should not attend the DCC training sessions. Consequently, ministers who travelled from Hyderabad to Vikarabad returned without participating in the event.
