Telangana: PG medical student killed, three injured in Karimnagar road accident

Hyderabad: A postgraduate medical student was killed and three others seriously injured in a road accident near Jublinagar mandal on the outskirts of Karimnagar district in Telangana on Monday.

The victims, all students of Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences, were travelling in a four-wheeler that lost control and rammed into a roadside tree before overturning. One of the students, identified as Rahul, died on the spot.

Local police arrived at the scene shortly after receiving the alert. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. Rahul’s body was shifted for post-mortem examination.

The condition of the injured students remains critical.
