NAREDCO Telangana signs MoU with ESCI for skill development

Hyderabad: NAREDCO Telangana signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Engineering Staff College of India to strengthen skill development in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

The NAREDCO Telangana MoU aims to create a future-ready workforce for Hyderabad’s growing real estate and infrastructure ecosystem.

Officials said the partnership would develop globally aligned training programmes for construction professionals.

NAREDCO Telangana president Koppula Sreedhar Reddy said Hyderabad was entering a major growth phase. He said infrastructure and urban development were driving the expansion.

According to Sreedhar Reddy, the partnership with ESCI would help create technically skilled professionals. He added that the initiative would support global standards in construction and project management.

Moreover, he said the collaboration would strengthen sustainability and quality in urban development projects.

Dr G. Rameshwar Rao of ESCI said the institution continued to focus on technical expertise through structured learning programmes.

He further stated that the partnership would help develop specialised courses for the construction and real estate sectors.

The partnership will introduce training programmes, certification courses and capacity-building initiatives across the construction sector.

Officials said the programmes would emphasise sustainability practices, emerging technologies and modern construction standards.

In addition, NAREDCO Telangana described the initiative as a major step towards institutionalising skill development in the real estate sector.

The organisation also stated that Hyderabad’s rapid infrastructure growth increased demand for trained professionals.

Therefore, NAREDCO Telangana said strengthening human capital would remain essential for sustaining Hyderabad’s position as a major real estate and urban innovation hub.
