Missing boy reunited with parents by Miyapur police

Hyderabad: Miyapur police safely reunited a missing five-year-old boy with his parents on Monday, bringing relief to the family.

According to Miyapur Inspector Shivaprasad, the child, Siddharth, son of Rajesh, lives in New Colony, Miyapur. The boy went missing while playing outside his house in the morning.

He walked nearly one kilometre away and lost his way. Meanwhile, police personnel on routine patrol noticed the child roaming alone and stopped him.

Miyapur police reunite missing boy within two hours

The officers took the child into safe custody and spoke to him gently. They then began efforts to trace his parents.

Within two hours, the Miyapur Police identified the family and handed the boy over safely. By then, the parents were planning to approach the police after failing to find him.

The parents expressed happiness and thanked the police for their prompt action. Police said alert patrolling and quick response ensured the child’s safety.
