Hyderabad: Tourism and Culture Minister Jupally Krishna Rao couldn’t hide his delight after Telangana pulled off a spectacular show at the Miss World 2025 pageant.
In a statement released on Sunday, he thanked everyone, from the Miss World Organisation to every participant, official, and delegate, who made the event a roaring success.
“This is a proud moment for Telangana,” he said. “We’ve shown the world our hospitality and rich culture, and that’s thanks to the hard work and coordination of everyone behind the scenes.”
He singled out the winner of Miss World 2025 for praise, calling her performance an inspiration that left a mark on the entire event.
The Minister also tipped his hat to the teams, departments, and quiet heroes who worked around the clock to pull off a seamless show.
“This was more than just a pageant — it was a celebration of unity and diversity. Telangana will continue to host events that bring the world to our doorstep,” he added. (NSS)
