Hyderabad: A petitioner sought legal action after a fatal Mindspace road accident killed his 22-year-old wife when a speeding DCM vehicle allegedly rammed their two-wheeler near an underpass.

Haniya Ayesha sustained severe injuries in the crash. She was shifted to AIG Hospital, where the duty doctor declared her dead. Meanwhile, Abdul Basith suffered injuries to his left hand and other parts of his body.
