HYDERABAD: A tragic road accident occurred near Venkatravupeta gate in Kowdipally mandal of Medak district, claiming the lives of three people, including an infant. The collision took place in the early hours of Monday when two cars crashed head-on.
The victims of Medak road accident included a couple and their one-year-old child, who died on the spot. Six others sustained serious injuries in the incident. Upon receiving information, police rushed to the scene and began rescue operations. The injured were immediately shifted to a hospital for treatment.
The deceased have been identified as Md Ghouse, Ali (45), and Azeema Begum (40). According to police, there were nine people in the car at the time of the accident, including several children. A case has been registered, and investigations are underway.
