Karimnagar, January 8: A man identified as Parankusham Yashwanth from Ram Nagar, Godavarikhani, was brutally attacked with a sharp weapon on Tuesday. He was discovered lying in a pool of blood at his residence by his wife, Parankusham Prathima, who had returned home from work.
Yashwanth was rushed to Singareni Hospital for immediate treatment. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was later shifted to Medicovar Hospital in Karimnagar for advanced medical care. Reports suggest that he suffered severe head injuries inflicted with a sharp weapon, leaving him in a critical condition.
The motive behind the attack remains unknown. Based on a complaint filed by his wife, the One Town police have registered a case and initiated an investigation.
Authorities are currently working to identify the assailants and uncover the reasons for the attack.
