Hyderabad: BRS party working president K. T. Rama Rao on Saturday morning visited Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath, who has been hospitalised following a serious health setback. KTR, fresh from his US tour, made his way straight to AIG Hospital in Gachibowli, accompanied by party MLC Dasoju Sravan and other key leaders.
KTR spent time with the medical team to understand Gopinath’s current condition, offering support to the MLA’s family members during this difficult time. “Stay strong,” he told them, assuring them of his prayers and good wishes for a speedy recovery.
Maganti Gopinath suffered a heart attack on Thursday and was rushed to AIG Hospital by his family. Doctors managed to revive his heartbeat through CPR, but he remains unconscious. The hospital’s medical team has been monitoring him round-the-clock, with specialists cautioning that it may take time before a clearer picture emerges.
Family members and supporters remain hopeful as Gopinath continues to receive intensive care. KTR’s visit underlined the party’s concern for the ailing MLA and his family during this challenging period.
