KTR arrogance hurting BRS, warns Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender

Hyderabad: BRS working president KTR arrogance was causing serious damage to the BRS, Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender alleged, warning that the party could face further decline if the approach continued.

Nagender said personal attacks by K. T. Rama Rao against national leader Rahul Gandhi and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy were inappropriate. He said such remarks weakened political discourse and harmed the BRS.

According to Nagender, KTR was deliberately picking fights with the Chief Minister. He warned that repeated personal criticism would only backfire on KTR and damage his own political standing.

KTR arrogance led to BRS defeat, says Danam Nagender

Nagender said the BRS lost the previous elections due to KTR arrogance and an aggressive political style. He accused KTR of resorting to divisive politics in an attempt to gain personal advantage.

He said leaders should focus on governance-related issues, as such discussions benefited the public. Instead, he said the use of abusive language only escalated counterattacks and deepened political hostility.

Nagender remarked that when KTR made one statement, the Chief Minister responded strongly, which caused greater harm to the BRS. He cautioned that the party would continue to suffer unless KTR changed his approach.

Warning of long-term consequences, Nagender said repeated mistakes would push the BRS toward political irrelevance. He added that failure to course-correct could eventually lead to the party’s disappearance from Telangana politics.
