Hyderabad: The Karimnagar Municipal Commissioner directed officials to expedite the construction of the Karimnagar integrated market during an inspection of the under-construction Integrated Vegetable and Non-Vegetable Market at Kashmir Gadda.
The Commissioner visited the project site along with engineering officials to review the progress of the construction and assess the overall status of the works. During the inspection, the Commissioner instructed officials to ensure the market is completed at the earliest so that it is ready for inauguration.
The Commissioner also sought updates from engineering officials and the contractor on the works completed so far. Officials were directed to closely monitor the remaining activities and maintain the construction schedule.
Karimnagar integrated market works reviewed for quality
The Commissioner instructed the engineering officials and the contractor to carry out the remaining construction strictly in accordance with the prescribed standards without compromising on quality. He stressed that every component of the project should meet the required specifications.
The Commissioner further said the Karimnagar integrated market must be completed within the stipulated timeframe and made operational for the benefit of city residents and traders. He added that timely completion of the project would improve market infrastructure and provide better facilities for vendors and consumers.
