Hyderabad: A Jubilee Hills luxury car crash left several people injured after a speeding vehicle rammed three cars near the residence of actor and MLA Nandamuri Bala Krishna on Road No. 45 on Sunday morning.
According to police, the luxury car was travelling at high speed when the driver lost control. The vehicle then ploughed into three cars moving on the road. Due to the impact, all the vehicles suffered severe damage.
Several occupants travelling in the vehicles sustained serious injuries in the Jubilee Hills car crash. Immediately after the accident, local residents alerted the police.
Officers rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby private hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, police conducted a preliminary inquiry at the scene.
Jubilee Hills luxury car crash under investigation
Police said overspeeding appeared to be the primary cause of the Jubilee Hills luxury car crash. However, they were also examining whether the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Jubilee Hills police registered a case and intensified the investigation. Further details were awaited as officials continued their probe into the accident.
