Jeevan Reddy meets KCR at Erravalli residence

Hyderabad: Congress senior leader T. Jeevan Reddy met BRS president and former chief minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao at his Erravalli residence in Siddipet district on Friday.

The Jeevan Reddy KCR meeting took place shortly after his arrival, where BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao and party leaders received him with a formal welcome. Subsequently, he held a courtesy interaction with KCR.

The meeting reflected a visibly emotional moment, as Jeevan Reddy expressed his sentiments during the interaction. He said he felt a strong need to collaborate with KCR during a challenging phase for Telangana.

He stated that circumstances had brought them together again after a long gap. Therefore, he conveyed satisfaction at the prospect of renewed engagement.

KCR welcomed Jeevan Reddy by draping a traditional shawl and presenting a bouquet. He also invited him and his delegation for a meal following the discussions, reflecting a cordial exchange.

Leaders attend Jeevan Reddy KCR meeting in Telangana

Several senior BRS leaders attended the meeting. These included former ministers Koppula Eshwar, Gangula Kamalakar, and Prashanth Reddy. In addition, MLC L. Ramana, MLA Dr. K. Sanjay, and former MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar were present.

Former MLA K. Vidyasagar Rao and party leaders Gyadari Balamallu, Mareddy Srinivas Reddy, and Ragidi Laxma Reddy also attended. Meanwhile, Jeevan Reddy’s sons and associates accompanied him.

Officials described the interaction as a courtesy meeting. However, the presence of senior leaders added political significance to the development.
