Indiramma houses to be provided to poor, says Minister Jupally

Hyderabad: Indiramma houses will be provided to eligible poor families, Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said while distributing sanction documents to beneficiaries in Nagarkurnool district.

At Kalvakole village in Peddakothapally mandal, he handed over proceedings to beneficiaries. He also performed bhoomi puja for house construction at a beneficiary’s residence.

Additionally, Chief Minister Relief Fund cheques were distributed to beneficiaries. During the event, the minister said the government aims to extend welfare schemes to all sections under the Praja Palana initiative.

Indiramma houses scheme targets housing for poor families

The minister criticised the previous government over the double bedroom housing scheme. He alleged that it failed to deliver benefits to the poor.

According to him, the present government will support homeless families by constructing Indiramma houses. He assured that the government will stand by beneficiaries throughout the process.

Local representatives and Congress leaders participated in the programme.
