Hyderabad: Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy was granted bail on Saturday by a Kazipet railway court in connection with an extortion case.
Kaushik Reddy was detained earlier in the day by police at Shamshabad Airport over allegations of demanding ₹50 lakh from a quarry owner in Huzurabad.
After prolonged questioning, the court granted him bail on personal surety.
