Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will hold a Pre-Bid Meeting on November 17 for the upcoming e-auction of open plots at Kokapet and Moosapet. The meeting will start at 11 a.m. at T-Hub, Hyderabad Knowledge City, Raidurgam.
The auction covers six plots in Kokapet NEOPOLIS Layout (Survey Nos. 239 and 240), one plot in Kokapet Golden Mile Layout (Gandipet mandal, Ranga Reddy district), and two plots in Moosapet (Survey Nos. 121–141, 146, 147, 155–157 in Kukatpally mandal, Medchal–Malkajgiri district).

HMDA invited developers, builders, and investors to attend the meeting. The session will provide complete details about the e-auction process, plot information, and conditions. Officials said the meeting aims to give clarity to all bidders before the auction.
