Hyderabad: Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla said the Rajasthan community made valuable contributions to the nation’s development and cultural heritage.
Addressing Rajasthan State Formation Day celebrations at Lok Bhavan, Governor highlighted the community’s role in national progress. The event took place under the Ek Bharat–Shreshtha Bharat initiative.
He said Rajasthan held a distinct place in India’s cultural and traditional landscape. Moreover, he noted that its legacy continued to influence national identity.
Governor Shukla highlights Rajasthan cultural contribution
Members of the Rajasthan community in Hyderabad attended the programme in large numbers. As a result, the event witnessed strong participation and cultural engagement.
Governor Shukla attended the event as chief guest along with his wife Janaki Shukla. During his address, he praised the community for enriching the country’s traditions.
He said their service to national growth remained significant. In addition, he underlined their continued role in preserving cultural values.
Following the address, organisers presented a series of cultural performances. These performances reflected the traditions and artistic heritage of Rajasthan.
Officials including Joint Secretary K. Shashi Kiranachari and other representatives attended the event.
