Hyderabad: The Film Federation of Telangana cancelled all film shootings across the state on Tuesday to allow the industry to participate in Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s felicitation by film workers at the Yousufguda Police Grounds. The event will begin at 4 p.m.

Several leading figures from the Telugu film industry plan to attend the event. Organisers decided to hold the meeting on a grand scale because of the ongoing Jubilee Hills by-election.
Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao inspected the Yousufguda venue and reviewed the arrangements personally. He monitored the work on stage setup, seating, and security throughout the day.
The Film Federation termed the felicitation a key moment for the industry and ordered a complete halt to all shootings for the day. It directed production units to stop filming in every district and send workers to the venue.
Federation leaders urged all union members to attend the felicitation in large numbers and make the event a success.
