HYDERABAD: BJP MP Revanth Reddy came under sharp criticism from senior party leader Etela Rajender, who accused him of surpassing even KCR in reneging on promises. Rajender alleged that the Congress government has only implemented the free bus travel scheme for women, while all other major promises remain unfulfilled.
He claimed that no government work in the state is carried out without a 10 to 15 percent commission, and accused the Congress administration of promoting corruption. Rajender said the public had already seen through the Congress within nine months of its rule, whereas it took nine years for people to reject KCR’s government.
He further alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy used the caste census for political gain and conducted it without any legal or scientific basis.
Rajender also criticised the Congress government for delays in salary payments to teachers and non-teaching staff, which he said has created widespread discontent in the education sector.
Appealing to voters, Rajender urged the public to support BJP candidates to bring about a transparent and honest administration in Telangana.
