Police revealed that Chakrayya Goud’s son-in-law played a key role in orchestrating the murder after their relationship turned hostile. He viewed Goud as part of a rival political faction and plotted the attack with support from his wife—Goud’s daughter—and other accomplices.

The Congress party’s local factionalism is believed to have intensified the tensions, leading to this brutal act. The arrested individuals reportedly conspired to eliminate Goud to gain control over village political affairs.
