Hyderabad: In a coordinated drug bust in Balanagar, officials seized 19.36 grams of cocaine and 6.7 grams of OG Kush, arresting one man in the process.
The operation, led by the Ranga Reddy Enforcement Wing, targeted Karan Parmar, who was allegedly caught with the narcotics and suspected of dealing. During questioning, he named another individual—Santhosh Ghandav, also known as Ramky—as being involved. Authorities have now listed him as the second accused in the case.
The seized drugs and case documents have been turned over to the Balanagar police for further action.
Officers involved in the raid included J. Jeevan Kiran, Balaraju, Subhash Chander Rao, Ravi Challa, Venkateshwaralu, and Akhil, along with the full support staff from the Ranga Reddy unit.
Officials say they’re stepping up efforts to curb the local drug trade and won’t hesitate to take swift action against those involved.
