Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Thursday launched the “Perspective Plan for Horticulture in Telangana 2035,” a roadmap aimed at accelerating horticultural development across the state.
Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University prepared the plan, which was formally released during a ceremony at the Secretariat.
Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao, Chief Secretary A. Ramakrishna Rao, and University Vice Chancellor Dr. D. Rajireddy joined the Chief Minister at the event, along with other senior officials.
The roadmap presents a detailed vision for boosting the horticulture sector over the next decade. It focuses on aligning horticultural growth with sustainable farming practices and rural economic development.
