Hyderabad: Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao on Thursday reviewed the MoU dashboard developed to monitor key aspects of agreements signed with various stakeholders.
He held the review meeting at the Secretariat to assess the status of implementation. The MoU dashboard tracks investment commitments, land requirements, incentives and employment generation announced by partner organisations.

Nodal officers from concerned departments attended the meeting. They presented updates on implementation timelines and expected outcomes under different MoUs.
The Chief Secretary stressed the need for inter-departmental coordination. He also called for transparency in execution and strict adherence to agreed timelines.
Further, he directed officials to put in place clear monitoring mechanisms. This, he said, would ensure effective implementation and help resolve bottlenecks without delay.
He instructed departments to maintain regular follow-up with partner organisations. In addition, they must submit periodic progress reports by updating the MoU dashboard.
Ramakrishna Rao said the agreements should deliver tangible public benefits. Moreover, they must enhance economic growth and improve service efficiency.
FCDA Commissioner Shashanka, ITE&C Deputy Secretary Bhavesh Mishra, TGTDC Managing Director Valluru Kranthi, Employment and Training Director Kanthi Wesley and other officials attended the meeting.
