Hyderabad: In a significant push for rail infrastructure, BJP MP E Rajender has announced that the central government is set to construct new railway stations and upgrade existing ones under the Amrit Bharat scheme. Speaking to reporters, Rajender said the initiative reflects the Centre’s commitment to bringing world-class facilities to the country’s transport sector.
Highlighting areas like Thukkapalli and Bolarum, Rajender noted that new underpasses and flyovers will soon be built to ease traffic congestion and improve connectivity. These developments, he said, would not only enhance commuter convenience but also align with the Centre’s vision of transforming India’s infrastructure to global standards.
Rajender underscored that the ongoing projects are a testament to the government’s dedication to rapid, sustainable growth, ensuring that transport hubs like railway stations remain at the forefront of modernisation efforts. The move is expected to boost economic activity and provide a seamless travel experience for passengers.
