Hyderabad: The CBSE exam dates for 2027 placed the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations from February 16. The Class 10 examinations will end on March 9, while the Class 12 papers will continue until April 9.
The Central Board of Secondary Education scheduled examinations for 83 subjects in Class 10 and 121 subjects in Class 12. While preparing the date sheet, the Board reviewed around 40,000 subject combinations to avoid clashes between papers.
CBSE exam dates include practical assessments from January
The Board scheduled practical examinations and internal assessments from January 1 to February 13 next year for schools in India and abroad. However, winter-bound schools will conduct these assessments earlier, from November 9 to December 19 this year.
The Board expected around 26.5 lakh students to appear for the Class 10 examinations. It also expected approximately 19.8 lakh students to take the Class 12 examinations.
CBSE released the date sheet 101 days before the examinations began. Students can access the detailed schedule on the Board’s official website, cbse.gov.in.
