After receiving the alerts, police cleared judges, lawyers and members of the public from court premises. Thereafter, bomb disposal squads conducted thorough checks across the buildings.

The email also demanded that authorities vacate judges before Islamic prayers, adding to the gravity of the threat. However, police are examining whether the message was a hoax or an attempt to mislead investigations in any ongoing case.

Meanwhile, cyber cell officials launched a probe to trace the origin of the email. Investigators are working to identify who sent the bomb threat emails and from where they originated.
