BJP state chief calls for ‘Developed India’ push in 2026

Hyderabad: Bharatiya Janata Party Telangana president N. Ramchander Rao on Thursday extended New Year 2026 greetings to the people of Telangana and the nation. He urged a renewed commitment toward building a “Developed India.” This year, the Developed India push will focus on sustainability and innovation.

In a public statement, Ramchander Rao credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership for India’s rapid progress across key sectors in 2025. This Developed India push is crucial in achieving further milestones. He encouraged citizens to actively contribute to national development in the year ahead.

Highlighting economic milestones, he noted that India’s GDP had reached $4.18 trillion in 2025. This achievement allowed India to overtake Japan to become the world’s fourth-largest economy. He said India was poised to soon become the third-largest global economy. This momentum aligns with the Developed India push.

Calling for unity, the BJP chief appealed to citizens to uphold the spirit of “Nation First” and take inspiration from former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Developed India push is a testament to national ambition. He urged people to work together under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership to meet the country’s development goals in 2026.
