Employee welfare is top priority, says Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka at Transco event

Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Friday said that employee welfare remains a core principle of the government’s public administration approach. He was speaking at an event at Praja Bhavan where Karunya appointment orders were handed over to 18 beneficiaries in the Transco department.

Of the 18 new hires, seven were from the regular staff pool, while the remaining 11 were artisans.

The Deputy Chief Minister noted that the government’s policy on compassionate appointments now covers not just families of deceased regular employees, but also extends to artisans who died while on the job a move aimed at recognizing their contributions and sacrifices equally.
