Hyderabad: A BGUS delegation petitions Telangana DGP B Shivadhar Reddy, raising law and order concerns and submitting two separate representations on security issues.
The delegation from the Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samiti (BGUS) urged the police chief to conduct a special search operation across Telangana. They sought identification and action against alleged Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators. Moreover, they demanded that those identified under Balapur police station limits be handed over to Central agencies.
In their second petition, the representatives called for a detailed probe into recent attacks on Hindu temples and members of the Hindu community. They asked the police to initiate strict action against those found responsible. Additionally, they requested the withdrawal of what they described as “illegal cases” filed against Hindus in various incidents across the state.
