BC Commission conducts review under 99-day programme

Hyderabad: The BC Commission conducted a review of grievances under the State government’s 99-day programme in Hyderabad.

Chairman G. Niranjan, along with members and officials of the Backward Classes Commission, examined pending petitions at the Commission office.

Officials reviewed representations submitted by the public. They also assessed the status of grievances under process.

Senior officers and staff attended the meeting and discussed steps to speed up disposal of cases.

The Chairman directed officials to clear pending grievances within a fixed timeframe.

He also instructed staff to improve office functioning and maintain efficiency in handling complaints.

Officials ensured a clean working environment and completed pending tasks within the stipulated time.

The Commission said it will continue to monitor grievance redressal under the ongoing programme.
