Hyderabad: Minister for Labour, Employment and Mines G. Vivek Venkatswamy Germany jobs initiative advanced as the Telangana Labour Minister held talks with the German Federal Employment Agency in Hannover to expand overseas employment opportunities.

Vivek Venkatswamy Germany jobs discussions focused on creating pathways for skilled youth from Telangana to access employment in Germany. The meeting examined sectors facing workforce shortages and explored opportunities for trained candidates.

The Minister reviewed Telangana’s readiness to meet German job standards. He highlighted the importance of skill development, language training, and certification processes required for international placements.

He said the State has strengthened its training ecosystem through institutions such as the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company. These programmes align with global industry demands and prepare candidates for overseas employment.

The delegation included Special Chief Secretary M. Dana Kishore, TOMCOM General Manager Nagabharti, Manager Anil Kumar, PMU Head Srinivas Rao, and Skill Talent Acquisition Head Bala Ramani.

During the visit, the Minister and his team felicitated Laura Breitsameter, Head of Department for Early Career Counseling at the German Federal Employment Agency. The interaction strengthened institutional cooperation between Telangana and German employment authorities.

The discussions marked a step towards structured global employment pathways. They also reflected Telangana’s focus on positioning its workforce for opportunities in advanced economies.

The Minister said such collaborations would help create sustainable overseas employment avenues. He added that the initiative would enhance skills, income opportunities, and global exposure for youth.
