HYDERABAD: The Telangana Minorities Employees Service Association (TSMESA) has expressed deep concern over the attack on a minority government employee Abdul Wakeel in Bhainsa while he was on official duty.
In a statement, TSMESA President Farooq Ahmed described the incident as extremely unfortunate and called on the concerned authorities to ensure that such attacks do not recur. He stated that the attack appeared to be an attempt to discredit the government, emphasizing that miscreants targeted the employee over a petty issue.
Farooq Ahmed said that Telangana is the state where people of different religions and faith live together in harmony and affection and there is no place for such incidents in the state.
Ahmed appealed to the authorities to take immediate action against those responsible and to implement measures that safeguard government employees from such incidents in the future.
