Hyderabad: A 22-year-old trainee was killed when a private bus collided head-on with his motorcycle near Kompally, under the Pet Basheerabad police station limits.
Police said Jamalapur Manohar, a resident of Dundigal, was heading towards the Secunderabad Yashoda Hospital for training from Dhulapally. The accident took place opposite the Ashok Leyland service centre on the Kompally–Dhulapally road, where a bus travelling towards Dhulapally struck his bike.
Manohar suffered severe head injuries and died on the spot. Following a complaint from his mother, the Pet Basheerabad police registered a case and began an investigation.
