Hyderabad: Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has invited tenders for multiple development works in industrial areas across the state with a total estimated cost of over ₹37 crore.
According to a tender notice issued by the office of the Chief Engineer-2, the corporation plans to undertake three infrastructure projects aimed at strengthening industrial facilities in different locations. Therefore, the TGIIC tenders focus on improving essential infrastructure inside industrial parks.
Under the first tender, authorities will take up power supply expansion works to Everstep Textile and Apparel Complex Pvt Ltd located at Pampet village within the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park.
Officials designed the project to provide electricity supply at the 132 KV level. Moreover, the system will support a command demand of 26 MVA. Initially, however, authorities will supply power with a load of 10 MVA.
The estimated cost for these works stands at about ₹8.04 crore. Meanwhile, bid download for this tender began at 3 pm on March 5. The deadline for bid submission is 11 am on March 12.
TGIIC tenders cover works in three industrial locations
Through the second tender, the corporation will construct RCC storm water drains in the Sultanpur Industrial Park. The TGIIC tenders include this project to address rainwater stagnation issues in the industrial park.
Accordingly, officials fixed the estimated cost of the drainage works at ₹18.08 crore.
In addition, the third tender covers construction of branch office buildings in Khammam for the Telangana division of the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation.
Authorities allocated an estimated ₹11.26 crore for the building construction works. Meanwhile, bid download for these two tenders will start at 5 pm on March 7.
Subsequently, officials fixed the final date for bid submission as 3 pm on March 23.
