Telangana weather sees rise in minimum temperatures as cold conditions ease

Hyderabad: The Telangana weather pattern showed a clear rise in minimum temperatures across several districts, bringing mild relief from the cold conditions of the past week. IMD officials reported that temperatures increased steadily over recent days and climbed above normal in many areas.

Telangana weather changes as temperatures rise and new system strengthens over sea

According to the India Meteorological Department, Mahabubnagar, Bhadrachalam, and Khammam recorded minimum temperatures around 20°C on Monday. The rise provided some relief to residents. Officials also noted that minimum temperatures increased by nearly five to seven degrees compared with last week.

Meanwhile, a low-pressure system formed over the south Andaman Sea. IMD Hyderabad said the system currently lies over the Malacca Strait and is gaining strength. An associated circulation extends up to 7.6 kilometres above mean sea level. Because the system is moving northwest, the department expects it to intensify into a depression within 24 hours.

IMD officials added that the system may continue on the same track and strengthen into a cyclonic storm over the south Bay of Bengal during the next two to three days. They warned that the system could influence Telangana weather conditions. As a result, several districts may witness light to moderate rainfall in the coming days.
