HYDERABAD: The Telangana SSC results are expected to be announced by the end of April. The Directorate of Government Examinations completed the evaluation of answer scripts across 19 centres on 15 April. The preparation of the results is currently underway, which also includes the integration of internal assessment marks.
This academic year, the state government has discontinued the grading system and decided to award students marks instead. While the current scheme of allocating 80 marks for external examinations and 20 marks for internal assessments remains unchanged, the long-standing grading system, used for over a decade, has been scrapped in favour of a marks-based evaluation.
Previously, students were assessed using grades derived from the marks they scored. With this shift, students will now directly receive marks for their performance.
