HYDERABAD: The Telangana government has announced the DOST (Degree Online Services, Telangana) Notification 2025–26 for admissions into undergraduate degree courses across the state. Online registration for the academic year 2025 will commence on 6 May, and the process will apply to all government, aided, and private degree colleges in Telangana.
Through DOST, students can apply for admission to their preferred colleges using a single, unified online platform. To register, students must have passed the Intermediate examinations and complete the registration process via the official DOST portal.
Officials from the Department of Higher Education stated that several new initiatives have been introduced this year to streamline and simplify the steps of registration, web option selection, seat allotment, and college reporting. Students will be able to register using a mobile OTP, undergo biometric verification, and receive assistance from designated help centres.
Details regarding the deadlines for web options, seat allotment, and reporting to colleges under the first phase will be released shortly. Eligible students have been advised to carefully review the full schedule and guidance notification available on the DOST website.
Authorities have also urged both parents and students to complete the registration process on time to avoid any difficulties during admissions. For further details, students can visit [dost.cgg.gov.in](https://dost.cgg.gov.in).
