The latest Telangana BJP joinings event marked the second induction programme in less than 24 hours. On the previous day, several individuals from the Maheshwaram Assembly constituency joined the Telangana BJP.

Telangana BJP joinings linked to political shift in Hyderabad
Addressing the gathering, N Ramchander Rao said residents of Hyderabad were seeking political change. According to him, women and youth had started stepping forward to strengthen the party.
He urged the new entrants to work with a strong sense of public service. He also asked them to build the organisation at the grassroots level.
Rao criticised what he called a “dark nexus” between Congress, BRS and MIM in Hyderabad politics. He alleged that political interests had influenced key administrative decisions in the city.
The Telangana BJP chief also raised concerns about the proposed division of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. According to him, authorities carried out the plan without proper planning.
He claimed hidden political motives drove the proposal. Therefore, he appealed to citizens to support the BJP in Hyderabad.
Rao said the city would see transparent administration and comprehensive development if the party secured the mayor’s position. He added that the BJP intended to expand its organisational presence across the city.
Several senior leaders attended the programme. They included BJP State General Secretary Dr Gautam Rao, State Vice President Banda Karthika Reddy, Hyderabad Central BJP President Lankala Deepak Reddy and State Official Spokesperson Vittal.
Party leaders said such Telangana BJP joinings would continue as more social leaders and political activists expressed interest in entering the organisation.
