Separate schedules for other sectors, Islamic festival dates tentative
The general holiday list does not apply to Industrial Establishments, Public Sector Undertakings, PWD workmen, or Educational Institutions. Their respective departments will release separate schedules.
The dates for Islamic festivals such as Ramzan, Bakrid, Muharram, and Eid Milad-un-Nabi are provisional. They may shift based on moon sightings. Any changes will be announced via electronic and print media. Departments are expected to follow these announcements without waiting for formal orders.
