Hyderabad: South Central Railway announced special trains to accommodate the expected passenger rush during the Dussehra and Diwali festivals. The railway issued a statement about the services on Thursday.
The special trains Dussehra Diwali services include a train between Secunderabad and Kakinada. According to the statement, the service will operate from October 7 to November 25.
Meanwhile, South Central Railway has extended the special train service between Jalna and Yelahanka. The extended service will run from October 4 to November 25.
Railway authorities asked passengers to make use of the special services during the festival period. The additional trains are intended to accommodate increased passenger demand during Dussehra and Diwali.
